IQF quota and seasonal Closures
Seasonal/availability: Available year round. Tightens up in Mexican closure closure-Feb-April, because Mexico is large supplier of snapper. With IFQs-there is no “SEASONALITY” in the local GULF WATERS as we have moved to a QUOTA system.
