With Pineapple and Wasabi Cream
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Fresh Tuna Steaks, Cubed
- 1 Fresh Pineapple, Grilled and Cubed
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Chives
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Wasabi Powder
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
Procedure
- Combine cubed ahi, soy sauce, chives, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Grill fresh pineapple and then cut into cubes.
- Mix wasabi and heavy cream until light and fluffy.
- In a ring mold, put a layer of grilled pineapple, then fill the rest of the ring mold with the Ahi poke.
- Top with a dollop of the wasabi foam.
